I still wouldlike to know where I can find information on this.does anyone

know where? Wouldn't the mold be killed when they are roasted? Molds grow

on many foods and are not harmful. Cheese, and meats hung to cure mold-they

are microbes that add the aging factors. In fact, some sweetners are made

from molds, like one from barley.

I would sure like to get more information that is scientific--not just

heresay! Show me proof! "

Take it easy , there is plenty of proof and it will be shown in due

course. I myself have worked in a Food Technology Research Institute as a

Researcher and know what I am talking about.

We are not talking about any mold but about Aspergillus niger and not any

common toxin but about Aflatoxin the most powerfull poison known to mankind

so far. A little amount in a City water reservoir could kill an entire

population. This is serious business and there is no reason to react

emotionally. I did not discovered it.

No, unfortunately heat does not destroy it.

For your information any mold produces toxins ( mycotoxins) and since we are

in a Candidiasis list we are in a good place to talk about yeasts and molds

> They are about the same.

The meats and cheeses that are full of mold for sure are full of toxins and

this is why so many ppl are allergic to them.

Do you know WebFerret, Google and Copernicus ? They are nice reasearch tools

that any one should have in their computers.
