Guest guest
For several years I have suffered from rectal itching. At first I thought it was parasites and did a thorough parasite cleanse, then more recently I considered piles, although there is nothing visible, just the itching. Today I heard a Naturopath mention that it can be a symptom of Candida and this got me interested since I do also suffer from periodic bloating. DO any Candida sufferers out there have this symptom, I would be happy to hear from you thank you Mark
Guest guest
Hi, Mark. I thought I had parasites too! And boy, how romantic it is to ask your spouse to check your butt in the middle of the night with a flashlight! (And yes, it was even suggested by my dr. that I use tape to " catch " any parasites!) We still howl over that one. But no, it was a candida system. My regular MD was clueless to candida. Among many other symptoms that you should see if you have:fatigue, irritability, depression, athlete's foot or jock itch, acne, irritable bowel syndrome, bloated stomach especially after eating foods that aren't reacting well with you)....the list is huge! I had several symptoms and all are gone except the bloated stomach (and I have yeast infections). Are you on a candida control diet? The itching will clear up quickly. What is the difference between Ozonated and regular olive oil? If it has to be Ozonated, where do I get it? If you don't mind answering, why am I getting this now when I have started treating my candida? Is that normal? Thanks again Duncan, Dawn
Guest guest
Dear Dawn, Yes, when you start to fight candida, the little buggers try to escape to where it's safe. So they literally go to your rectum, looking for a place to live, and they invade your rectal tissue, causing the itching and inflammation. If you are a female (and I assume you are, ha, ha!) they can go to the vaginal area and cause similar distress. YES, there is an easy solution to this!! Continue cleansing. Buy some kefir or very good yogurt (plain only). You can find these both in a good grocery store chain. Just smear on the yogurt or kefir. In the case of the vagina, use a vaginal applicator full of kefir. This will cure the itching and inflammation issue. Also, take some extra vitamin C. Make sure you have kefir on hand for this. Drinking some kefir with a little water for dilution and some acceptable flavoring plus Stevia for sweetening is a delicious drink. This is Donna Gates' advice from her book, The Body Ecology Diet, and it works! She says to have a glass of kefir in the morning for breakfast. Let us know of your improvement. -
Guest guest
I have never found plain yogurt without any sugar at any grocery store. Can you give some names? Guest guest
I’m not totally convinced “essential fatty acids” can’t be manufactured by the body, because as I said I don’t supplement them and my profile was completely normal. Well I think it has been proven that it can’t do it. Fatty acids are in most meats. Well the good ones used to be anyway till our animal stopped eating natural foods. Guest guest
I repeat, I don’t supplement them and my profile is completely normal. That is why I said I’m not totally convinced, proof or no proof. Meat has AA, what other fatty acids are in meat ? Guest guest
I repeat, I don’t supplement them and my profile is completely normal. That is why I said I’m not totally convinced, proof or no proof. Meat has AA, what other fatty acids are in meat ? When animals grazed they had the fatty acids we needed. My brain is too fried for the names right now I had a bad allergic reaction to cows milk kefir then goats milk kefir. But once animals started getting fed other foods they now have too much of the bad fatty acids. If I remember right free range chickens that eat naturally have it and the eggs do but I can’t remember for sure. Flax seed has it and I think some nuts have a small amount. As usual we are better off eating the foods that have it then taking the supplements.

" <puhutes@...> Oh well that's cool if you get your souce throughout the day but everyone needs natural fatty acids, and it is a good way to get them It tastes pretty nasty though! Hi , I get my fish oil in caps -- bypasses the nasty taste and smell. I take cod liver oil in the winter and salmon oil in the warm months.
