Rotating supplements?

Hello group.

Should I be rotating supplements instead of trying to bombard

the yeast with everything at once? Someone on another board

recommended taking one thing, like caprilic acid, for 5 days; then

another thing, like garlic, for 5 days, etc. to make sure the yeast

doesn't build up a resistance. Should I be doing this? Thanks in
