I agree that if you are just starting out on a treatment program, you shouldn't eat sweet fruits. I think you should focus more on what not to eat that what you can have. Just remember sugar, starch, yeast, mold and fungi. Find a glycemic index and make a list of the low sugar foods. A good way to know if you are allergic to a food is to take your heart rate before eating just this one food and take heart rate about 30 minutes later, if rate increased dramatically, you are allergic.
