Primal Defense is a powerful probiotic.

It is so powerful that the die-off can be unbearable, so use

sparingly at first and slowly build.

It's expensive, but its worth it.

I completely agree. Start Primal Defense slow, one pill a day and

adding to it as your body can tolerate it. That said, it's an

excellent probiotic.

Primal Defense has a new formula made FOR Candida! It's called Fungal

Defense. Contains Primal Defense, Oil of Oregeno, etc. Everything

necessary to kill candida and even things to keep the die-off from

being bad. I just finished the recommended dose of Fungal Defense,

I have been taking Primal Defense, as well as many of their other

products. (I agree they are expensive) The die off has not been

unbearable for me. That doesn't mean anything though as I have been

taking stuff for over a year to kill the yeast and am just maybe used to

this state or it could be that I just began having colonics recently, 2

so far. Thought it couldn't hurt to get the stuff out of there that is

dying off.

I haven't tried the Fungal Defense but I am taking their Superseed!

Best tasting seed/fiber I have ever had. In addition, I am drinking the

green food.

When I first began taking the products I noticed a tremendous increase

in energy. However, now, I am back to the tired ol' me. I could sleep

all day everyday if I had the lifestyle that would let me. The

exhaustion could also be caused by the chronic viruses I have, EBV,

Cytomeglovirus, and HHV6.

I have been battling all of this for over a year and would you believe

it has taken me all that time to find this group. I may not reply much

but every night, I log on and read what everyone has to say. It is such

a good feeling to realize that I am not the only one going through this!

Best wishes to all, it is a rough road but I believe we will eventually

get there.

Thank you for the link to Fungal Defense!

I ran out of Primal Defense and I am suffering exhaustion and hives!

I just re-ordered. I am counting the minutes till my bottle arrives.

It is necessary to continue Primal Defense for life to keep Candida in

check. It also helps my bowel function.
