Hi Matt,

I totally hear you on the coffee, it was one of the last things to go

for me - just stopped over christmas. :)

Start switching to decaf - it really isn't that bad! you can make a

transition out of it if you need to (mostly normal/some decaf --> half

normal/half decaf --> some normal/mostly decaf --> all decaf) -- over

some time.

I stopped from one day to the next and had a bit of a headache for a

couple days, but was fortunate to be able to sleep and take it easy

over the vacation to compensate. But if you slowly switch over I'm

sure it won't be that dramatic.

And i will add that after stopping coffee/caffeine (i also stopped

caffeinated teas), i felt significantly better/healthier.

Apparently swiss processed decaf is the kind you want.

Good luck!!!

Sara
