Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I don't know what to do. I've felt alot worse lately because I have a big sinus thing going on. However, today, I woke up with a fever. I know my loved ones around me are going to say that I need an antibiotic...but I don't want to take one because I have such a bad candida problem! I'm also confused b/c I could just take some natural stuff to help rid my body of the infection, like grapefruit seed extract, but I get such horrible horrible die off from anti-fungals, that my doctor doesn't want me to use anti-fungals. She said I obviously can't tolerate the die-off and that I should just focus on a very strict anti-candida diet. She said it will take a lot longer for me to get better without the anti-fungals, but to me it's worth it to not have to go through the die-off hell that I go through. Anyway, I don't know what I should do b/c obviously I have to address my fevery sinus infection. Any advice? Would going on an antibiotic be out of the question????? I don't want to go on one, but I want this infection to go away without having to deal with horrible die-off. I'm just afraid that if I take an antibiotic that I'll be making my yeast problem worse! HELP! Carolyn

Guest guest
Dear special K: I think you need to read my post again. I recommended " not " going on antibiotics and opt for more natural methods to get rid of the sinus infection. I am with a naturopath, another post I sent to the group and on all natural remedies. Believe me, I learned the hard way too.
