Guest guest
Debbie, I've taken each of my supplies & figured out what I pay per ounce of each item. For EOs, you can break it down further - one fluid ounce is approx. 2 tablespoons or 6 teaspoons or 12 half teaspoons or 24 quarter teaspoons or 48 eighth teaspoons. Take your dropper & see how many drops it takes to fill an eighth of a teaspoon. You should be able to figure out how much each EO costs per drop this way. Don't forget that you'll need to guestimate your shipping costs of supplies in thier too. I order my base oils in bulk individually, so I know exactly what my cost is on those per ounce. But other items like EOs that are usually ordered with other items need more of a guess. I generally add 10 cents per pound to my cost to account for this. This is just a number I pulled out of my head to add " something " to make up for shipping costs, but I'm confident it's not off by too far! Other things to consider are your reusable supplies (bowls, molds, etc) and your time. You must " pay " yourself something. Look down the road & consider what you'd have to pay someone to do what you do now. Also consider web site maintainence costs, & if you'll accept credit cards, merchant fees. If you are selling online, you need to look at other sites & see what others are charging for like items. Same is true at craft fairs. You've got to be competative. Also, this will keep you from charging too little for your product. You're not going to break the bank anytime soon, but you can make sure you don't lose any money. Hope that helps! ><><><><><><><><><><><>< Blessings! Penny Pagani ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Penny's All Natural Soap www.pennysnaturalsoap.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everything is okay in the end. Subject: Pricing Question I would like to hear how ya'll figure out the price for your soaps/lotions, etc. It boggles my mind to try to figure out how to figure your cost for such things as a soap with EOs that you are only using a drop or two of in your recipe. Maybe I am making this too hard??? Thanks, Debbie

I have struggled for years with constipation (probably due to candida) and have found that plain Psyllium Husk Powder (NOT capsules) is by far the most effective solution. It is great to help clean out the entire digestive track from candida and helps make you regular. Good luck!
Guest guest
Wouldnt putting psyllium husk INTO capsules be just as effective. Granted, you have to swallow 15-20 of the buggers, but easier to take than mixed with water
