Muffin recipe

Hi all,

I'm going to experiment with a muffin recipe this weekend. I read on a

weightwatcher's site that you can add rice puffs to muffins to add volume

and lightness - I have some organic sugar-free rice puffs, so I might try

that out. :)

I have some wholemeal spelt and millet, so I'm also going to experiment

with those. I'm hoping to come up with a workable, generalised recipe that

everyone can use - the kind of recipe where you can add whatever you like

to add some interest - a teaspoon of natural, alcohol-free flavoring of

your choice, perhaps some carob chips...

I'll let you know when I come up with something nice! (It may take me a few

weeks to get the 'perfect' blend)
