Well Group: I just realized last night i am going thru about my 10th. die-off. it's been a while since i've been thru one so i forgot the symtons! The Dr. said he wanted to try one last time to see if we had gotten it all, i thought we had! the last 3 days i've been real moody, yesterday real depressed, felt like crying all day, stomach upset, indijestion, (spelling) bloated, craving sugar, pressure in my head & hand tingling no matter how you place them! ears ringing loud, chills, than last night i got 2 hours of sleep than heart palpations! it's been a while for this (i use to get this with every die-off) insomnia, i've been up all night! than i deceided this was not a heart attack but......Die-Off! so..... i guess i'll wait it out! Luckily i have an appointment with my internet Dr. at 9:30. & i haven't taken much of my rotation meds, & i won't this morning till i talk to him. This is where i really count on JESUS to help me! with out his help I can't get thru it, It's just me & JESUS! no one else knows what your going thru! I don't mean to bore anyone but thought while i'm going thru this i could give you day by day account of my life, now i know everyone's die-off are not the same, but this is what i go thru!
