hello guy or anyone who may have had good results with high fruit diet,

you mentioned in a post a little while back about high fruit and veg juice

diet helping and starting to clear psoriasis

can you give me any hints re. this?

this kind of diet really appeals to me

for the last week or so i've been on mainly fruit and veggies, but am

experiencing a flare-up in psoriatic symptoms which is scaring me, did you

experience this?

according to the pagano book, a flare-up is part of the healing process, but

i'm scared as i had been improving and now look worse than i have done in a

few months, depressing too

i'm going to stick with the diet and hope this is just a passing phase, but

if you have any words of encouragement please share them, i need all the

help i can get right now

thanks

lisa

My main concern about a high fruit diet is that many people with candida have

reactive

hypoglycemia. Too much fruit can cause your blood sugar to drop like a rock! I

say this

as a person that was actually able to walk around (though not real well, lol)

with a blood

sugar level of only 32 from trying a diet that was too high in fruits.
