I took the Great Smokies CDSA test during Christmas, so I told myself that I wanted to make sure that they had plenty of yeast to culture - is that the lamest excuse you've ever heard??? Yup, that's definitely the worst of it - die-off, for me, was a horrible, doped-up, 'disconnected' feeling, similar to the horrible toxic way you feel the day before you go down with a really nasty cold. Not fun, but worth persevering with - my candida is nearly back down to normal levels now and my gut is healing well. Still feel pretty dire - my doctor's looking into thyroid problems - but I've won my first battle in the campaign for full health! And yes, ta, I do feel bloody dreadful, and no, I won't be doing it again! :-/ Ann ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.willow-web.net Quality Web Design ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
