Guest guest
sounds to me like you could go into a die off, i don't know your herbs, but if you feel to bad cut back on them, your food was ok, drink lots of water, are you taking extra fiber to keep your bowels going? you need to do that,

Guest guest
it is now my 5th day on the diet, i feel slightly better, but nothing huge yet. I have a question though, last night i felt really weak, light headed and sweaty. Today, i felt a little better, but still the feeling of light headedness and some weakness. i thought it was from hunger, but i ate and it still was sort of there. kind of feels like i might pass out. i did take yeast defense friday night and that has been known to cause me to feel off. but it was only one pill 2 days ago. anyway, i'm hoping someone can shed some light on this, not sure if its die-off or that i'm not getting enough food or what. yesterday i had 2 salads, steak, brown rice and spinach. insight anyone? Guest guest
I'm actually not taking any herbs right now, just strictly diet. I ran out of caprylic acid so I have to wait until i can get to a health shop. Bowel movements are fine, about 2 a day. > sounds to me like you could go into a die off, i don't know your herbs, but > if you feel to bad cut back on them, your food was ok, drink lots of water, > are you taking extra fiber to keep your bowels going? you need to do that, > > >
Guest guest
Hi, what / which anti-Candida diet are you on? I'd love to hear about it. I'm preparing to start Primal Defence (as soon as it arrives from NZ) and have been comparing anti-Candida diets. Some are more 'lenient' than others. For example, some will allow only apples (golden delicious) and pears, but nothing else, and some won't allow fruit at all. Some will allow most vegetables, while others won't allow starchy vegetables like potatoes, and sweet veggies like carrots and sweet potatoes, corn, peas. What's a girl to eat? hee hee..... Furthermore, I don't know about you all, but I find it hard to have protein (meat, beans ~ some say cheese, some don't) and vegetables for breakfast. What do you all eat for breakfast? Thanks for any help/ info! Helen www.geocities.com/hheartchange > it is now my 5th day on the diet, i feel slightly better, but nothing > huge yet. Guest guest
I had a similar experience. What worked for me was getting more fat. So I started having flax seed oil with my protein shake in the morning and olive oil with my salad at night. - > it is now my 5th day on the diet, i feel slightly better, but nothing huge yet.
