The last time I posted was a few weeks back when I was trying to decide whether or not to go through with my protocol (Russ's program. Well...call me crazy...but I started it today of all days. Yes I know it's good to start the new year out right but it is also my birthday today and I had to pass up birthday cake!!! Well, I'm not going to feel sorry for myself because I would much rather have a lifetime of health than a moment of sweet pleasure:-) My husband and I are going to struggle through this together which I am greatful for. This group has already been a great source of information for us in learning what to expect. I do have a question though, can I take some ibuprofen for this aweful headache that I have? I'm planning on being very strict on the diet so I don't want to blow it on something so small. Thanks for all the info you have already shared and I wish great health to all this New Years!!
