To be honest, I would not take it every day no matter what ppm it is.

Many people think that healthy bacteria in your intestines can

be killed by CS. Even though the makers of Mesosilver say their

product would not cause this, I would not take a chance on

daily use. Also, if there is any potential for it being toxic,

why use it daily?

To me, it should be used for emergencies just like herbs.

I'm currently taking the product at 15ppm for candida. I have

looked into many brands and meso is the way to go. I spoke for

an hour with the inventor and the guy is really on the ball.

How are things in Italy? I'm half italian
