okay, this is getting confusing. Exactly what fruits are allowed on which

diets?

Is this right? Russ's is grapefruit, kiwi and only 4 dates per day? Aren't

dates dried? and aren't dried foods disallowed because of possible mold? and

why are they allowed?

Now Crook's diet is lemon only right?

Someone please explain this. Thank you.

I totally over did it. they tasted so good. but, yes, they help you have a

good BM. Russ told me specifically to drop a few dates in hot water, let sit

for a few minutes, then drink the juice and eat the dates.

I just can't believe that!

Dates are packed with sugar!

So this diet Russ recommends doesn't allow foods such as lemons and mint because

of too high sugar level, but allows dates?!

Occurs to me you could call Hadley, they know all about dates grown here for

sure! Did you know that dates have to be hand pollinated, as in person on

ladder? I love documentaries :D
