Exactly what fruits are allowed on which diets? Is this right? Russ's is grapefruit, kiwi and only 4 dates per day? Aren't dates dried? and aren't dried foods disallowed because of possible mold? and why are they allowed? Now Crook's diet is lemon only right? Someone please explain this. Thank you.
