I have unsubscribed from that yehoo's stuff more than once... and it keeps turning up at different addresses... oddly enough, the ones I use for postings! I got TWO from Heallix today -- one to my current posting address, and one to the address I used before (which I know darn well I have unsubscribed at least once... not that I ever *subscribed* in the first place!). I don't know the difference of ionic silver verses colliodal silver. Many people feel good taking silver mixed with MSM. However it haddn't helped my problem. My son had a virus and took CS but it didn't help him at all, but nothing seems to help him that helps me. It is wonderful to have around the house in bulk because it is fantastic for burns. I just had limited success. Heallix has made a difference but during the last month I have also introduced some Primal Defense into my dietary intake. I feel PD has sped up the healing process. For example, I used to have a lot of mucus in my throat and pretty severe bloating after eating. That's almost gone. What I do is take Heallix first, on an empty stomach. After one hour or so I take two Primal Defense tablets. I do this three times a day. I have noted that my stool is well formed but very dark (which I think is a sign of bad bacteria and fungi getting out). I pass more intestinal gas than before but I can cope with it. I also experience some die-off in terms of sore throat, sneezing, very occasional diarrhea, occasional pains in arms and legs.
