Have you tried papaya enzymes for your ears? if it is not congestion, then

the papaya enzymes may help. You have to put them in your mouth , between

the cheek and gum...let them dissolve. That works for me when it is not

fluid. Divers and pilots use this too.

, antihistamines would be ok to take. But when I started

taking MSM I found out I no longer had to take antihistamines

anymore. I had been getting fluid build up in my sinuses that

were backing up to my ears and hurting. Antihistamines reduced

the problem but I would have to take them around the clock for

relief. Now I take one dose of MSM in the morning (1/2 tsp.)

and I am just fine. Have you tried this?

ear inflammation

I have been on the Candida diet for over 5 months now.

My symptoms have improved dramatically.

However, I can't seem to make a dent in my ear inflammation.

I don't have wax buildup, and they are not clogged.

The insides of the ears are reddish and swollen.

My doctor wants to prescribe antihistamines but I won't take them.

Has anyone had this?

What did you do to get rid of it?

I am already on kombucha, colloidal silver, psyllium seeds and husks,

grapefruit seed extract, probiotics, and oregano oil.

Thanks!
