I started taking Candistroy 1 week ago, and boy is it working. I was not

able to find it in any stores, so had to resort to buying it online. The

package I got not only had the candistroy in it, but came with a probiotic

rebuilder that you take at the same time. I can't believe the amount of die

off I'm experiencing after just one week.

I haven't seen candistroy, but will be on the lookout for it.

As far as the caffeine, that kills off the good flora in your stomach for

several hours. I have finally kicked that.

Grapefruit seed extract and olive leaf, etc. What are good doses of these?

I read what it says on my bottle of GSE and it says 1 pill twice per day.

Same with the olive leaf.

I too use the Candistroy off and on... for two years

now. It does work and it does cost good bit. It is

strong and I agree difficult to swallow. My throat

hurts... I take those and then drink Georgies Aloe

Vera Juice (4oz) to ease my throat.

I change my fungal killers off and on trying to

outsmart the fungus. Its been in me for soooooo long.

I have had many improvements since I started my diet

changes. My digestive system is great now... but that

is sticking to the diet of no wheat... eggs... yeast

(vinegars!!!), fermented foods and drinks. I limit

dairy to one 8 oz glass of milk per day. I used to be

allergic to milk, but have grown out of that. Dairy

isnt good for candidias. But, My foods are so limited

with allergies... I drink it anyway. I exercise

daily. I do weekly allergy injections. Avoidance

helps me greatly. Wheat is in everything.... and so

is vinegars...... But I am moving my bowels regularly

now and comfortably.I think I was slowly killing

myself feeding the yeasts within me. I still get

sugar cravings... but i have good will power. But

know I get so sick from sugars or yeast foods.... I

dont partake..... hence depression.

Glad to have you to our list...

Looked like a good website and she had many things for us yeasty people.

She had MSM, CS, GSE, etc. And everything was cheaper than anyplace else I

found. Good Luck!
