Guest guest
We just got stationed at Ft. Drum, NY. And it is cold here. But I am loving it. We came from Texas where molds were plentiful, to the frozen tundra. My allergies have diminished and I am so happy! There are a few gyms on post, so I will look into working my lower body. thanks again, Hanida

What I see, that I am assuming is Candidia, since it is not something that normally comes out of me, is: white floating things that look like white mucus in my urine... I am on my period, and the blood is laced with yellow mucus and is clinging to everything....really gross....and before my period began I was secreting yellow smelly slime... and for BM, it is infested with white cotton ball looking fur. It is totally White and fluffy looking. Definitely not normal, since I am on Russ's diet which only allows meat and veggies. No starch to account for the white stuff! So if it is not Candidia, something is coming out. I read on some page that candidia looks like cotton balls, so that is what I am referring my excretions on. Guest guest
You said in one of your posts that you see candida coming out. What does that mean? What does it look like? Thanks. Guest guest
Hi. I checked with a couple people that live in NYC and they all agreed that the best all-around place to stock up on natural foods is a place (no one can remember the name)on University Place between 13th and 11th on the east side of the street. They siad that it's huge so you acn't miss it. Hope this helps. If there is something specific you're looking for I can ask the best place to get it. Oh! And, Citarella is the best place for organic meats. Do you have an idea where Citarella is? NYC is so big! Thanks. Hanida

Guest guest
There are 2 Citarellas - one on the upper east side, one on the upper west. Citysearch.com has more info. Oh! And it is very expensive. But pretty much everything in The City is unfortunately. Hi Lynne, Just wanted to congradulate you on your recovery!!! Way to go....so how does it feel to be well...And I wanted to thank you for the directions to Healthy pleasures. I ventured there yesterday, and beyond the parking nightmare, it was a great trip. found some really interesting foods to try! But I definatley would not recomend anyone try to go to NYC after a snow storm of this magnatude. especially if they don't know their way around.....like me... Stay healthy, and thanks again, Hanida
Guest guest
Think that store in NYC is called Healthy Pleasures ??? I Really like the Integral Yoga Natural Vitamins store across the street from their grocery and yoga studio-- it's packed with most of the best and knowledgeable service. Think it's on W 13th, between 7th & 8th or thereabouts.
Guest guest
Hanida, Thanks so much for your well wishes. Sounds like you had an adventure in NYC! The City has been a logistical nightmare for the past few weeks due to the hightened security. But, we just take it in our stride. I hope that you weren't there last weekend during the rally. I was in the midst of it and heard lots of horror stories about trying to get around. Well, best of luck and I'm glad that you found some yummy things to try!
