Well, I bought the book, and in the back it has the recipes for many

cleanses. There are also quite a few recipes for home made foods and soaps,

cleaners, cosmetics, etc. And the best part, Dr. also tested the

products being sold by many companies who claim to use her protocols, and

recommends which ones actually have pure, mold free products. I ended up

buying from Self health Resource center, www.shrc.net. I bought the parasite

program and bowel cleanse from them, and the rest I got at my health food

store in the bulk herb section. It was really easy.

I have even put my pets on Dr. s parasite program, and I have noticed a

definite improvement. My mastiff, who was always sick, has not had the

stomach irritation she regularly has since I put her on the protocol.

(really cheap, hence I did it) After all if your pets are infested with

parasites, so will you, since they lick you, sit on your furniture, etc.

Hanida,

Thank you so much! I saw the book at my l Health food store, I think I'll pick

it up next week when my husband gets paid, (if he actually get's a check ...

he's a mechanic and gets paid straight commission... we went from making $80K

last year to hardly $40K this year...oh well!).

Just a note that Dr. makes no money off her book sales. I paid 16.00

for my book (paperback) from Amazon two years ago, so if you are paying more

than that at your health food store, you might want to look elsewhere. I

know my health food store loves to jack up their prices!

Ouch on the pay. I feel it too. Being a military spouse, I can't always

find a job, and since we just moved.....well you get the picture. It hurts.

But I must say, I am loving this stay at home thing. Definitely a plus for

my stress levels!

Thank you!!! I didn't know that. I will have to check to see how much they are

selling if for! :o)

Has anyone tried her zappers? They are expensive on the web site, I guess

because it takes a lot to make a professional one, but I would like to know if

this really works.

I made my own zapper for under $20.00, and I love it. I feel great after I

zap, and I have managed to cure some sickness with it. I also make my kids

zap and they are very rarely sick.

On my Dr. list some people have gotten zappers made for $10.00 and sent

to them. If you want I can inquire as to who they got them from.
