Dear D.S.,

I appreciate your information. I do some of this now. I have a Sheep gut and

stomach

from Doctors making bad choices for me. They never even got my concent for what

they did.

So I am afraid of doing to much, yet I have to do some as I do want to live a

normal

life. I am a work a holic and need to be doing things.

They never even told me how to take care of my self after they did this garbage

to me.
