Hi Kathleen,

Celebrex is a medication that was originally prescribed to patients with

Arthritis. But now they are prescribing it to patients with

Fibromyalgia.

For me it works wonders. But there are people who find it does not work

for them. I think its a matter of trying and seeing.....

The " Stick " is a roller type stick that eases the pain of muscle spasms

through your body. As we patients have a lot of muscle spams.

I use this stick all over the trigger points and it does wonders. You

have to use it daily (3 times/day) to see a difference. Not just now

and then.

I take Tai Chi and I use the stick before and after. What a difference.

You can contact rbechard@... he is the one that sold it to me and he

is a very nice person and he also has fibro. I also introduce this

stick to my support group in Lasalle, Quebec.

It costs about $50.00 Canadian and it is ordered through British

Columbia. But it is also sold out of the USA. He can give you details.

HI Mike,

Welcome to the list. Don't be scared away. Up until about a week ago

things seemed fine with our list. It seems like we have taken a little

detour but hopefully we will all calm down and start deleting the posts we

don't like instead of responding to them. That's what I do anyway. There

is a lot of good information here too. You might want to check out this
