Guest guest
________________________________ I have been fighting a photosensitive problem for years. started out mild I could get away with a few hours a day worth of sun. but now I have to avoid the sun like the plague. my reactions to the sun have morphed. they started out as little liquid filled blisters. that itched so bad. Hydrocortisone 0.2% does help some. some times I get the rash that does look like shingles but it's not. they itch really bad but they are not painful. I just get those reactions to sun exposed areas. unexposed areas I get red marks but not blisters, or the rash.
Guest guest
Hi All, With regard to s and also Gails emails ,re sun sensitivity and also high CRP . ,I have both these symptoms as we know it's all associated with inflammation response. if you are on antihistamines meds an alternative could be QUERCITIN : link: http://www.immunesupport.com/92fal004. With regard to CRP I seem to always be on roller coaster ride of finding the next infection to beat. I just wondered how many LYMIES have a problem when they go out in the sun and also feel worse from taking vitamin D thats been my experience for years. I know vitamin D is important for the immune system !!! I keep coming back to the thought with regard to trying the MARSHALL PROTOCOL. http://www.prohealth.com/library/showarticle.cfm?libid=10636 IF YOU GO TO EURO LYME AND LOOK IN THE FILE SECTION there is a section on the MARSHALL PROTOCOL . The tests that are suggested are inflammation associated are listed, with the use of BENICAR MEDICATION TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION AND LOW DOSE ANTIBIOTICS. Here are the tests,( this file is a few years old tests may be slightly different now) CRP LYMPHOCYTES 1 25 -D ACE TRIGLYCERIDES ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE Has any one decided to go down this route? and can you please share your experience. Thanks DIANE R
