I like erythritol. I get it from iherb, the NOW brand, and it's pretty

affordable. It works well for baking, making sugar-free ice cream, etc. It's

similar to xylitol except that it does not cause bloating since it does not

stay in only the digestive tract.

Some xylitol gives people Candida problems. Much of it is from corn

(problematic) but the birch xylitol is safer. Erythritol is safer for me

than xylitol.

The Sweetleaf liquid stevia flavors are great. I like grape, lemon drop, and

chocolate raspberry. But these are not 100% safe for me (Candida problems,

digestion) for some reason. I put them in sparkling water and make a soda (I

add fresh lemon juice to the grape flavor).

SlimSweet with lo han is another option. It has a fruity taste and comes

from some sort of fruit.
