Guest guest
After waiting over a year I finally have a date scheduled for my social security disability hearing. From what I understand I have to be able to verbalize to the hearing judge why I cannot work. This is my problem - I have trouble coming up with a coherent believable explanation. Of course I can list my ailments: stomach aches, fatigue, vision problems, joint aches and pains, back ache, head ache, ringing in the ears, fuzzy head, lack of concentration, etc. But these don't sound like reasons I can't work since many people have these ailments at one time or another. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can say? Or has anyone gone before a judge and won? My hearing is mid August. Please help if you can. I am desperate. I can't lose this case or I'll lose my house. Thanks
