Guest guest Posted April 5, 2010 Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 GETTING HEALTHY AGAIN IN 2010 CALDA's 2nd Annual Lyme Patient Conference Saturday, April 24, 2010 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. MAIN SESSION: Hear from keynote speaker Martz, MD, of Colorado, who overcame his own ALS-death sentence with Lyme treatment, and is now president-elect of ILADS; and from some of California's leading Lyme-literate doctors, including Green, MD; Ray Stricker, MD;and Deborah Metzger, MD, who will all discuss different aspects of Lyme diagnosis and treatment. SPECIAL TEEN SESSION: Concurrent workshop for teens facilitated by Kathleen Steele, LCSW. Teens can meet others dealing with Lyme, and explore strategies for coping with the challenges unique to teenagers with chronic illness. Ages 13-19 only.
