Which one of the major researches uses and promotes this method? Cheney,

Lapp,

Klimas. No, none of them do because they know that if they even remotely

promote it they will be written off as a nut. Everyone knows that the " doc "

presses

harder on your arm when you are holding something that he/she doesn't think is

good for you. Let's just drop this thread, if it works for you fine, I have

just stated

my opinion and don't want anyone to waste any money on it.

I agree with you about muscle testing, it's right up there with homeopathy.

In homeopathy, if everything that ever touched that water that was organic

left an electromagnetic signature, then I would be worried about some organic

toxins having touched that water somewhere down the line.

Muscle testing involves the electrical system of the body. Doing it on yourself can yield incorrect answers. You really need a professional. It goes by Applied Kinesiology, Contact Reflex Analysis, and simply muscle testing. To find someone who's trained in it, check at your local health food store. They usually know who does it. If no answers, email me your city and state and I'll check my lists at my office.

Dear Louise,

Sorry, I don't have any names for Idaho at all. And I just got my new list. However, the list I have is for Contact Reflex Analysis only. I'm certain if you check the health food stores and look for a chiropractor or osteopath (D.O.) in the phone book, you might find someone who does kinesiology. I don't have any lists for that.

Wish I could be of more help. Do you have any naturopaths (N.D.) in your area. They might be able to help.

Hi Carol,

I am strong believer in muscle testing. I think the problem is that

there are a lot of variables involved. Sometimes our systems are not

balanced enough to even be accurate. Did you Doctor test you to see if

you were balanced? That is my problem sometimes. I do know that if you

are even slightly dehydrated , the tests will be way off.

Our irodologist uses the thumb and 2nd finger of the left hand ( the naughty

finger) put together finger tip to finger tip of the person being tested.

Make a circle of the two fingers and resist having them pulled apart. You

then stand to the side(not in front ) of the person being tested and and

grasp both finger and thumb and try to pry them apart while holding the

sample in the right hand waist high , palm up. If your body needs the

supplement, it resists the pulling apart to a greater degree than if you did

not need it. Try differernt amounts or dosages of the supplement to find

the proper dosage. You need to concentrate somewhat on what you are doing

if you are being tested to not resist too much or too little to make the

tests meaningful. When you try to show non believers, they can be so weak

or so strong that the test has little meaning. It hs to do with the lines

of body force encircling the two fingers to produce greater strength or

force. The left hand is used because the body forces emanate from the navel

area and flow naturally to the left side I guess. That is the same reason

she said to not wear a watch on the left arm and why many electric watches

screw up your body on the left side or your body can overpower a watch worn

on the left wrist and cause the electronic mechanism or batteries to

deteriorate quite quickly. These same lines of force are the meridians

treated in accupunture.

Hi!

I answered in more detail in a previous post, but the simple answer is, just ask

the question, either to yourself or out loud, and if you can, have a picture of

what you want in your mind, then

listen to your body for a reply.

If you are muscle testing and the answer is yes, the muscle will stay strong, if

you use the sway test, your body will sway gently, if you let your arm drop by

your side and have a friend try to

push the arm away from your body against normal resistance, your arm will remain

in place, if the answer is yes. All no answers are limp city.

Sharron,

You know I actually believe the diet made me worse also. I did it

for 6 months and I do believe that I am (although I feel better) I

think I am worse off than in the beginning. oh, I haven't been sick

this whole winter, which is a miracle in itself, but according to my

internal organs, I am worse off. but now that I know what the

problems are we are addressing them and I do believe that I am on my

way to recovery.

The main thing I notice that is worse-off is my digestion. My

stomach has been rolling up and down especially after I eat for about

3 months. (I never noticed it before- now I actually FEEL it move.

I don't have parasites or anything like that---it's my digestion!!!

So I definitely know that this is alot worse than before. ( he put

me on enzymes for this)

I wish, like you, I would have noticed that this diet was actually

hurting me in the process. I would have taken it much slower.

I lost so much weight that when I did see my chiropractor after not

seeing him for 4 months (I went in on the days he was at another

location) He was horrified at how I looked and how thin my face is.

I truly do think that I would be a whole lot closer to being fully

recovered had I seen him in the beginning.

thanks for listening,

Based on my own experiences with multiple practitioners,

I don't totally believe either EAV or muscle testing.

Certainly I've had many adverse reactions to things

which tested " good " for me. But on the other hand,

I place even less faith in medical testing results

or " cookbook " approaches that are supposed to work

for everyone.

So in the end, I use EAV and muscle testing as a

" second opinion " to my own instincts. Also, the

practitioner I'm using now is a good counter-balance

to my own tendencies -- I typically do too many

things at once, and she typically thinks I should

as little as I can get away with. So the end

result is a good compromise between the two.

Hope it is ok i reply here:

Try developing kinesiologistics for yourself. The ok sign, that is

international i hope, thumb and forefinger. Closed is yes open is

no, for me. Intuition, or straightknowledge is very important and

you can develop it yourself. Works all the time, with medicines,

healers people. Reduces fear, and wavering, which is important.

I've been doing this for years, but I cannot say that it " works all

the time " . I think my personal biases or desires for a certain

answer get in the way of the " real " answer.

How do you muscel test yourself for Iodine and thyroid? Which parts of the body corresponds to these?JagFrom: robin_gee99 <RDG99@...>Subject: Muscle testingiodine Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2009, 8:27 PM

Have any of you ever muscle tested to see if you need iodine? A friend taught me how and when I tested myself the reaction from my body was immediate!

I was dx'd in 2005 as having Hashi's and having goiters. I know I had it for years before, but couldn't get my dr to do anything other than the standard TSH. Finally, I got to the point I HAD to get some help. To make a long story short, it's taken me this long to get to a point where I actually feel like a human again.

I've only recently started taking Iodoral and I have noticed a difference! I have noticed the swelling from the goiters is almost gone, I can actually swallow without pain now. I'm on a small dose 12.5 mg because I wasn't sure how fast it would work for me.

I know iodine isn't for everyone, but it has been working for me.

This takes a little practice but you'll catch on soon. Important to be relaxed

to do this.

First, take whatever you're testing, hold it in your hand (i.e. a bottle of

Iodoral) and turn the bottle so that the ingredients face your body.

Second, take 2 fingers of the hand NOT holding the bottle and thump the breast

bone in the middle of your chest. This focus' your energy to the chest.

Third, put the bottle next to your chest and close your eyes. Be sure to be

relaxed! I always exhale when I do this.

Fourth, with your eyes closed, you should feel your body sway. Don't fight this.

If you feel your body sway forward, your body is telling you need whatever is in

the bottle. Swaying backwards means you don't need whatever is in the bottle.

Sometimes you don't sway much either way, it usually means you don't need the

item.

On some supplements, I sway forward so fast that I think I'm going to fall on

my face. I've done this with all my supplements and had one supplement that was

prescribed and this is how I found I didn't need it. I was taking adrenal

supplements for low adrenal and the pharmacist suggested had me taking Relora

which is for high cortisol. I quit taking it and my recovery improved

immensely.

Not everybody believes in this and there are other ways to muscle test, but I

haven't learned them. Some alternative practioners know how to do it.

In the interests of not being subconsciously influenced, you should have someone

else put different substances in containers that are alike. That person should

hand them to you so you don't have any knowledge of what you are holding when

you do this thing.

if you are consuming foods on this program you can get healing reactions from

avoiding those foods or rotating them?

+++Hi Nikky. I " used to " do pendulum testing too, but I don't believe it is

accurate. So please do not rely on it since meats are one of the most important

foods for our health.

still intolerant to so many foods.

+++Our bodies are designed to consume good unadulterated foods from Nature, so

if you are consuming foods on this program you can get healing reactions from

them. That doesn't mean you are intolerant of them. Good healing foods, herbs

and spices do create healing reactions since they are exactly what your body

needs in order to heal itself - see this article: http://www.healingn

What do you mean by exact supplements? Are you getting cal/mag in the citrate

form, all of the B vitamins, vitamin C with rutin, etc., Vitamin E, cod liver

oil with the correct amounts of omega 3 (EPA +DHA) and vitamins A & D? There are

only 6 supplements in addition to unrefined coconut oil.

All the best, Bee

> Why must it be unrefined?

+++Hi Gail. The reason coconut oil must be unrefined is explained in my candida

article - so it appears as if you haven't read it:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php

We ask that all members read it so we don't have to constantly answer questions

that are covered in that article. You can also do a search on my website for

many coconut oil articles that also describe good coconut oil.

Hi Bee

As I explained in a previous post I am in Australia and have been taking the

ones recommended but have not been about to get the exact supplements and been

using magnesium chloride instead of citrate but I am about to order through

iherb and get your recommended ones now that our dollars are almost the same and

they have a $4 global shipping fee now.

So my next question is about vit c. I can't tolerate more than 100mg at once as

it gives me a headache. I thought it was the citrus flavour but unflavoured does

it as well. I have been having rose hip tea which is high in Vitc. Should I

start at 100mg and try and increase? I have been on the diet for 5 months and my

tolerance has improved from migraines to only headaches now. The same thing

happens when I have the salt in water . It gives me a headache every time I try

it. Should I avoid both for the time being?

Thanks Nicky
