Guest guest
> > > > What do you mean by exact supplements? Are you getting cal/mag in the citrate form, all of the B vitamins, vitamin C with rutin, etc., Vitamin E, cod liver oil with the correct amounts of omega 3 (EPA +DHA) and vitamins A & D? There are only 6 supplements in addition to unrefined coconut oil. > > > > All the best, Bee > > > Hi Bee > As I explained in a previous post I am in Australia and have been taking the ones recommended but have not been about to get the exact supplements and been using magnesium chloride instead of citrate but I am about to order through iherb and get your recommended ones now that our dollars are almost the same and they have a $4 global shipping fee now. +++Hi Nicky. That's good you are getting the correct supplements now. Magnesium chloride could have caused some problems since it contains chloride, which is a mineral in salt. Salt is the combination of chloride and sodium. > > So my next question is about vit c. I can't tolerate more than 100mg at once as it gives me a headache. I thought it was the citrus flavour but unflavoured does it as well. I have been having rose hip tea which is high in Vitc. Should I start at 100mg and try and increase? +++Please do not have rose hips tea since it is too high in sugars. Instead buy the vitamin C I recommend at iHerb. I have been on the diet for 5 months and my tolerance has improved from migraines to only headaches now. The same thing happens when I have the salt in water . It gives me a headache every time I try it. Should I avoid both for the time being? +++Congratulations Nicky! Good for you. +++Wait to have salt for 3 days after stopping the magnesium chloride so your body has time to adjust itself, and then have ocean sea salt again, in water and/or on cooked foods. The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
has anyone had success with muscle testing?
Guest guest
Success? In what way? Do I think it works for diagnosis? or determining what substances to take and/or how much? Yes - I used to see a chiro and he muscle tested me for supplements. It was weird to see my body react and to not have control over the reaction. But it worked as far as I can tell. hth Kendra On Wed, Feb 24, 2010 at 5:25 PM, le Handy <kndplus2@...> wrote: > has anyone had success with muscle testing? Guest guest
Did the doctor identify the parasite? Also is the doctor saying the doxy will help with the parasite? > > Hi all, > > Seeing a new doc after 4 derms. Had muscle testing done which confirmed parasites. It showed no lyme or coinfections, The doc started me on doxy. Received acupuncture in scalp and deep in buttock where the burrow was causing pain and stiffness. I will be one month on the doxy on the 15th. The doc said things might get worse before getting better because of die-off. The soreness and stiffness in the buttock stopped almost immediately and was well worth the trip. Scalp activity has slowed down but is still there probably because my car and environment is terribly infested. I will be moving this month when the place is ready and wanted to have the antibiotics in place prior to the move. > > The doc ordered an antiparasite med to test against my muscles next visit as vermox was not a match for me. I prayed and fasted for a doc tired of self diagnosing and self medicating. > > This doc is a traditional doctor as well as an alternative one. I feel very fortunate to be led to him. Guest guest
Am glad you found a doc that is willing to help and hope the antibiotic can help here. Let us know if this does help. As you know, this will be a solution only for the internal parasites but the environment is the place where many of us have a hard time. Once the source of the mites is found and removed and pets are not the culprit, then you have a good chance here and I pray that this can bring some relief to you. (If this does help, please post the strength of the med and how times you took this each day.) Tim > > Hi all, > > Seeing a new doc after 4 derms. Had muscle testing done which confirmed parasites.
