Guest guest
My son and I are going to to do the Igenix Lyme dot blot urine test tomorrow. We never had Igenix WB's done, but we had quest WB's that were positive. My son's was positive on *all* 10 IGg bands. Mine was only positive for IGm antibodies. But I had two tests that were the same results and a year apart. I would definitely agree that Igenix's has the best WB test. The question I have now is do I still have Lyme after a year of oral antibiotics? Many of my symptoms have returned and my CD-57 is 36. My son was on amoxicyllin for about 6 months. He is acting tired again. Does anyone have a child with Lyme that had a CBC test that looked like this? (these are abnormal values) Platelets High Neutrophils Low Lymphs Sometimes High Monocytes High Eos High Hopefully the Lyme dot blot test will shed some light on our lyme status. Cindi - I'm very interested in your reply. Where did you get your information about mold and toxins being able to lower the CD-57 count? I'd imagine these would lower the whole WBC numbers but not just the CD-57's. But, if this is the case, mold/toxin exposure could really hamper recovering from Lyme.
