Guest guest
I use Vitamin World's house brand. Seems to work fine. Another supplement I've used to control immune overreaction in the past is N-acetyl-L-cysteine. Allergy Research makes the best brand. It was given to me by a clinical ecologist (MD) who worked with people with MCS, and swore by it. Apparently, it calms the mast cells that trigger allergic reactions. I bought AR's standard dose, and took three pills each morning and night for years, back when my soy and wheat allergies were rolling unchecked. It did seem to help considerably.
