Hi Everyone, I am new here and have been reading before posting to get

a feel of the group.

My journey started last summer. I have a diagnoses of ms. Last summer

I had a doozy of an exacerbation. Up until that point I had optic

neuritis, dizziness, fatigue and neuropathy type pain.

I felt I was functioning high. This past exacerbation blew me away. It

was like I had just woken up and had ms. I had gait and speech ataxia,

pseudobulbar affect (laughing and crying) severe depression and

swallowing problems. This all has lasted since last summer.

Prior to that I broke out in a rash. It was not the bullseye one but

small papule like lesions. I researched from there to fever of unknown

cause, conjunctivitis and swollen glands. I found myself looking at

bartonella.

I'm not sure but I believe the culprit was a flea. I finally found a

llmd! Thats hard because there are only 3 in Canada. I explained my

story and he put me on doxycin. Next month I am getting the test

through Igenex.

The past couple my eye area is numb and my vision is deteriating. I

find at night after I take my doxy I feel sick and have vomitted. Does

anyone know if the eye thing is a herx? I just find it hard to believe

an exacerbation can cause this many things. I am thinking that I have

super imposed lyme. Ms worsened by lyme causing an awful exacerbation.

Thanks for reading.

ps, I have had the strings for years.
