Guest guest
They also upped the cost of medicare..........the raise didn't help me, I lost money. connie, mi [ ] SS/SSD guestion >I have heard of a few seniors whose SS is being cut, one person from 1700 >to 1100. Guest guest
Yeah isn't that something? They give you a cost of living increase and then raise medicare so really, they ain't given ya a thing... Medicare went from 66 dollars a month to 88 dollars a month.. So much for a cost of living increase.. I guess the increase they give would be good enough if we all lived in card board boxes. ... Guest guest
ohhh but thought Shrub was saying he was so fiscally responsible? ( deficit higher than ALL previous prez's, borrowed more from other countries than all prev prez's combined) I appreciate the top .001 earners of the country getting a tax break, they sure need it. Lets see, we call them the haves and have mores, he calls them his 'base'. thats a quote from him too. Guest guest
and I truly fear that this will only get worse I hate using the political party thing, would rather vote for a person than a party, but I hope we get a Dem in next time. Or at least a smart rep, like McCain someone who is more in it for the people than themselves/Chronies Doning flame retardent suit now *-) > They also upped the cost of medicare..........the raise didn't help me, I > lost money. > > connie, mi > [ ] SS/SSD guestion > > > >I have heard of a few seniors whose SS is being cut, one person from 1700 > >to 1100. Guest guest
Don't feel like this happens only to people on SSI. Everytime I get a raise at work then my rent goes up, plus the premiums for health insurance goes up and the deductible goes up. So I actually have less money than I did. I think its that way for everyone except for the extremely wealthy. > > Yeah isn't that something?
