Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone know if I can do a Western blot (Igenex while on doxy? I wrote Igenex, no answer so far. At this point I'm about to be dumped after I complete my course of treatment in 2 weeks (5 week treatment at 300 mg per day.) I'm stuck with a physician who wants to do a test to see if I really have Lyme after three years.... She wants me to arrange all the tests by myself, saying it's between me and the insurance. This was after a definitive diagnosis by another doctor in her office with a classic multi-lesion rash 3 years ago. I went back this year after I found another faded single lesion. It looked exactly like the other ones but they had numbered in the region of 16. I'm quite /*worried*/ about cystic forms. Are there really good scientific studies out there that I can give her about treating cystic Lyme? Dr. B's paper isn't enough for her. She thinks I'm seeing boogy men. I've got to find an LLMD. Am looking in northern PA and NYS. I've got 3 or 4 to call. Any one know of people in PA? My eyes are effected but have cleared fairly well with treatment. Thanks, ine Helfenstein Ithaca NY

Guest guest
Don't know of any LLMDs in PA, but Connie Strashiem's new book, " Insights into Lyme Disease Treatment " describes the treatment protocols of Bock and Whitmont in Rhinebeck, NY and on in NYC. I'm assuming it's okay to post their names, since they are published in this book for the world to see.. -
