Hi All,  My mother has very severe ra.  The meds she is on are causing diverticulitis, and I'm trying to convince her to try ldn (I take it for crohns, it's helped very much in two months time)I would appreciate any testimonials greatly.  I know about the ldn testimonial board, but if anyone could take a minute to share their story directly, I would be most grateful.  I would like to forward it to her, so she has some first person accounts.

Additionally, they live on the west side of cleveland, so any doctor recs would also be greatly appreciated.  Their insurance is viable at the cleveland clinic, and I feel like I've seen some people on the board who have drs. associated with cc.

A million thanks in advance....she's very excited for me, but I also know she's skeptical and doesn't want to challenge the drs. (and everyone here obviously learned the hard way to do just that:)Best, Amy

I also take LDN primarily for Crohn's. But I also have rheumatoid

arthritis and asthma. It has helped immensely for those latter two as well

as for the Crohn's. And for my allergies in general.

It's logical that LDN would help for RA, since it's an auto-immune

condition and LDN helps the body regulate the immune system.

Also, look at the website (I don't have the URL) on which people taking

LDN state what they're taking it for and how it's helping. You'll find

some good stuff there.

Your mother really can't lose by trying it. It's not going to hurt her,

that's sure; and it's very, very likely it will help her a lot.

I'm in western NY; can't speak re: any doctors at the Cleveland Clinic --

though people from this area get sent there for various reasons.
