Guest guest
hello... On LDN I still found my headache piils containing codeine worked.. It boosted my anti-depressants, so I had to cut to a very low level... It also boosted the performance of my sedatives that I use for sleep.. So; I was not surprised when I read this enclosed article.. Regards Ingrid/Australia Future Approaches for Boosting Opioids An interesting new approach is using extremely low doses of the opioid antagonist (blocker) naltrexone. Larger amounts would block the effects of opiates, but minuscule doses potentiate the analgesia while reducing side effects and development of tolerance. One such investigational drug is Oxytrex, which combines oxycodone with an " ultralow " dose of naltrexone.
