Hi All,

I took my first LDN last night, even though I am lactose Intolerant I am hoping it wont effect me with the small dosage, I am doing the 50mg tablet dissolved in water , syringing out 1.5 mls to start with.

I would prefer to get the LDN done through a compound chemist so that I can pick whats in the filler, I dont like whats in the naltrexone , Im a bit of an anti chemical girl.

Can anyone help me with an Australian doctor who is in " Melbourne" who of course would prescribe LDN for me , I have Ulcerative Colitis .

Cheers

Nikki P.S. I must say my first night I had the worst sleep I kept waking up , so a little bit tired today.

When you mix the naltrexone in water the only thing that is in the water is the naltrexone. The filler that was in the tablet settles to the bottom and as long as you do not shake it it remains there. The naltrexone and only the naltrexone is in the liquid.StirlingFrom: Nic Hobbs <nichobbs@...>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Doctor in Australia for LDNlow dose naltrexone Date: Thursday, April 14, 2011, 9:35 PM
