Bruce, just a gut feeling, perhaps he the dock thinks you may have

some type of auto immune disorder, ie joint, tendon, digestion etc.

Gluten is known to be the most difficult of all food to digest,

casein, milk protein is not that difficult to digest, and normally

does not require anything special to digest. I drink whey, a muscle

protein, each morning for breakfast. .

But, you know Bruce, it really does not matter, LDN modulates the

immune system, perhaps balances it as mother nature intended. In my

case, it increases my numbers across the board by about 40/50

percentile. I had a problem with to few neutriphils, w/ LDN I have

more than enough neuts, which fights off bacteria, so I am pleased

wtih LDN as you can imagine. If I managed a Medical Care Program, you

would have to take LDN to enroll. LOL

In my case digestive aids has improved my health tremendously, I take

Betaine HCL, digestive enzymes, Kefir, aloe vera juice. And you seem

to have digestive issues, so prudence may indicate you may need the

same. Health problems begin to arise via leaky gut, ie perhaps some

foods are not being digested to very fine particles the body needs to

have, so our immune system may see them as foriegn matter, and

attacks, then you can take your pick as to the next step, celiac,

chrons, IBD, IBS.

Some percentage of us who take LDN, also must watch for yeast/candida

problems, if your LDN stops working, then it may be too much yeast. So

avoiding yeast creating foods may be wise while taking LDN.

I seem to recall, folks who have difficulty with gluten, may also have

difficulty with yeast in the digestive tract. Just a heads up.

Anywho Bruce some things for you to ponder, while on your road to

better health.

Especially with your wealth of knowledge, you are most welcome here.
