Guest guest Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 I notice an improvement when I keep on top of doing these... but I find that if I do them too late in the day then the caffine keeps me awake. Best to do in the morning with room temperature coffee! When I do them I fill the tub half full with as hot as I can handle temperature wise as I find this helps me to relax; keeps me warm; and allows me to 'hold' in the coffee as long as I can (i.e. until I feel a slight burn start in my abdomen region). I am also relaxed because I am close to the toilet when the urgent need to use comes on. Most sites remind you to use organic coffee and be very liberal with the amount of K-Y jelly that you use. __________________________________________________________________ Looking for the perfect gift?
