Guest guest
I remember that quite a while ago, (maybe about a year or so), there was a lot of discussion of Co Q-10 and Babesia (Basesiosis) - some doctors and some literature said NOT to use it if one had this co-infection. It don't remember the details now, but something about a kind of common molecular structure between the two so that and Co Q-10 reinforced this co-infection. On the other hand, I know it is highly beneficial for all the good reasons we all are aware of. I still never really saw enough about that issue and there was no consensus on it. Glen from NJ. [ ] Re: Co Q-10 question Hi Margh, I wanted to thank you for answering me on the CoQ10 question, seems your the only one...lol. Have you noticed any weight loss with the 50mgs a day? I just started a few days ago but I haven't noticed anything yet, no energy that is, but it will probably take a while. The doctor didn't say how much to take or anything for that matter, so I'm kinda winging it here. When I first got it I bought a 200mg bottle but then read that would be too much and to start lower so I got a 50mg bottle and started taking 1 a day. I read that people with chronic illnesses can take a lot more, but I figured I'd better work my way up. Any way, Thank you and take care....le me know how your doing, ok.
