Guest guest
Hello! I had an appointment with an Infectious Disease doctor today. He said that he has never seen a Lyme test from Igenex come back negative and was trying convince me that even though my Lyme test was positive that doesn't mean I have Lyme Disease. Sigh. He thinks that the lab at Mayo Clinic is the best for diagnosing Lyme Disease. It will be interesting to see if that comes back positive. So, I was wondering about the truth of that statement: has anyone ever had blood work from Igenex come back negative for Lyme Disease? (BTW, I knew going into that appointment that infectious disease doctors aren't known for their belief in the prevalence of Lyme Disease, but I was referred by the neurologist I went to.)
