Guest guest
Since so many Lymies are becoming Chemical Sensitive, I thought this web site might help them better understand what they are dealing with. I have suffered with MCS since my Aspartame poisoning. Then Lyme came along and they got much worse. Then when I got hit by the Aspergillus pneumonia it pushed the MCS over the edge. AVOIDANCE is the name of the game.....You might not realize it BUT, shampoos, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are causing you many MCS problems, especially for Lymies or those of us with compromised immune systems.... _Multiple Chemical Sensitivities can drive sufferers into poverty as well as ill health | By Todd Hymas | Grist | Main Dish | .._ (http://www.grist.org/news/maindish/2006/03/17/hymas/index.html)

First, please doublecheck all of your foods and supplements to ensure you are accurately following the program. Here's my new supplements articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp7.php Here's the food list: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php Remember that during natural healing your body will also retrace each and every past symptom, disease, injury, etc. - so when did your chemical sensitivities begin? All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Ellen I have chemical sensitivities too and had to wear a half face respirator to go out in public. I have had MCS for 9 years now and started Bee's program four and a half years ago. I did get even more sensitive as I progressed with the program. However my body was busy trying to heal everything else that was wrong with it. I finished the time I needed to heal back in October and it was then that I noticed that chemicals just weren't bothering me as much. I'm still very sensitive but I can now go shopping and to hardware stores without my mask and without a reaction as long as I don't over do it. I can now go by a house spewing fabric softener from the dryer without a reaction. So I would say be patient and continue Bee's program to the end and hopefully you will also see some improvements. I expect I will continue to improve as time goes on and of course I will follow Bee's program for life. I feel good, my health has improved and I no longer want the " food " I used to eat. I hope this will give you hope to continue even though you may get worse before you improve. Take care Laurie > > Hi, > I have been on Bee's program for over 2 years. Guest guest
Hi Just to clarify I have had improvements in my health over the whole time of healing. Some problems cleared up right away but the overall healing has taken the entire time and I am still healing. I also had a lot of other problems crop up as I was healing that weren't pleasant but they did resolve in their own time. What didn't get better was my multiple chemical sensitivity until just recently and the improvements there are very small and only with minimal exposure. But they do give me hope that I can improve there also but it will take much more time and will also be very slow as it is complex and man-made chemicals disrupting my system. Take care Laurie > Hi Laurie, > > It's such a relief to read your email since I too have not improved much since being on the diet for 2.5 years now. The small improvements I've seen have mostly been in relation to less die-off symptoms. > > I have no intention to stop this diet though, because I believe whole heartedly in this diet/program and the science behind it. However, it feels very difficult to not improve despite my 100% commitment. It's hard work. > Hopefully the coming 6 months will show improvements in my underlying diseases and the candida itself. > >
