Guest guest Posted September 14, 2006 Report Share Posted September 14, 2006 Yeast is a problem: but do YEASTIES survive the High temperatures of baking bread (were talking wholegrain healthy Bread) The problem I have is that I have difficulty eating strong flavors and bread is a good source of protien if spread with mild goat cheese or such ANY IDEAS???
