Does anyone know if LDN is effective for chronic nausea?

My dominant symptom is constant nausea, it never leaves me, the only thing that

does change is the severity. I have been searching for an answer to my illness

for 2.5 years to no avail. I have been following this group for some time but

have never actually tried LDN as I don't believe it can help me, but maybe some

of you here know differently, if so I would be very pleased to hear from you.
