I personally have taken LDN for 7 1/2 years for chronic progressive multiple

sclerosis.

Heavy duty steroid use with LDN has in many many instances negated the effect of

LDN until the steroids wear off, that's generally 3 months. It happened to my

neighbor with MS. So those who've only been in the LDN environment for the past

6 or fewer years may not be aware of why we warn against heavy duty steroid use

along with LDN.
