Hi everyoneFinally my LDN arrived. It is the first time tht I will start taking LDN and it is as a part of my fertility treatment. However, this week I have had a fever and been quite ill. It is not over yet. Should I wait for my fever to go away before I start taking he LDN or does it not matter?Tkank youAnni

You can start ldn ,but it is always better to start from a

stable situation

I think you could go either way.  If you are throwing up sick you might want to wait.  If just feeling crummy and have a fever I cannot see a reason to wait.  Many of us find we get ill less often, to not at all, and when we do get ill it resolves much faster, now that we take the LDN.

 

Good luck with the fertility treatment.  I know there has been some great success with LDN and fertility from what I have read.

Since LDN can cause sleep disturbances for a week or two for some of us

(I was one), I would recommend waiting until you feel a little better as

you certainly need your sleep now.
