Also I believe there is an article in the Women's Health Issue Folder on vulvodynia, and how to treat it as well as vaginal yeast. To completely cure your symptoms you need to do the entire candida program because you can't turn around candida overgrowth until you get the immune system built up. Weakening of that area is also caused by poor nutrition, especially eating man-made fats and oils - see my article for a complete explanation about how bad these are for you, along with soy, grains, sugars, processed foods, etc., etc. Bee
Guest guest
Dear Janelle, I tried to e-mail you, but didn't have any luck as I can't see your entire address on this group. I don't know that much about computers I guess. Anyhow, I'd LOVE to talk with you. I also have terrible pain 24/7. I'm going to try the candida free diet first and see how that goes. Bee says that I must be loaded with yeast and the vulvar rectal area is weak. All I can think of is if we can't reach each other by e-mail...how about a quick phone call so I can give you my address? Or, what am I doing wrong in that I cannot reach you on your personal e-mail? I have a cell phone and I can give you the # and it will be a free call for you. Let me know via this site. Thanks Janelle and Bee. Sincerely...Sara Lee > > > > Dear members, > > I suffer from a VERY debilitating ailment called vulvodynia. It > > is pain in the vulvar, rectal area. Guest guest
Hi , Another good site is at: http://www.vulvodynia.com Bonnie " Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle " ----- Original Message ----- dear sarah, > i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia before realizing that lyme was also > involved. in fibro support groups, i found a small number of women had > symptom of vulvodynia, which seemed to be related to fibro (i've not heard > of it related to lyme). i know that there are national support groups to > help you with this, for instance, the national vulvodynia association > http://www.nva.org/index.html. please search google. there are women who > can > help mentor you and hlep you find relief from this difficult pain. > may all beings be free of suffering. > kendra
Guest guest
I am not sure but I think I had it in the past. What are the symptoms? Shirley Godbout Vulvodynia Just got this question from a newsletter reader (she is not the first one to ask me about vulvodynia!) -- "I just read your article on Vulvodynia http://www.fms- help.com/ June2005. htm (topic 11) and went to the Vulvar Foundation website. I have done much research on Vulvodynia, I have just recently been diagnosed with it. I haven't gotten the Calcium Citrate yet but am using Estrace cream along with Calendula cream, can't tell a difference yet. What are some of the things you do for it and does it help, everywhere I turn it seems as thought someone else has it, I have been dealing with it about five months now and been to doctor after doctor but have finally settled with this wonderful lady gynecologist, I take my research to her and then she is helpful to me. I guess at this point we are just trying things and both learning. I have learned that IBS is also tied in with it, I had a feeling that it was. I have learned so much from surfing the web for vulvodynia, what would we do without it?" Does anyone have suggestions that could help? Guest guest
Hi Tiffanie, I am new here, I just joined today, but I am writing to you because right now on another group where I am a member ( that group is for Highly Sensitive Persons ) there is a woman who has that problem. Can I give her your email ? I know it is unusual to do this between groups, or at least I would think it is, but I'm asking anyway... .... I may as well introduce myself. Hi everyone! My name is Christian, I am a 48 years old man, who lives in Canada near Montreal city. ( you probably can not tell but my mother tongue is French, but if you saw how often I re-write a sentence then you would believe me! ) My Chronic Fatigue Syndrome began in 1996. it was really really bad the first few years, it was AWFULL, I actually thought I was dying. I'm not kidding it was really bad, at some point I WANTED to die. but in recent years I have been feeling much better, I am not cured but I am much much better. My sleep is still not refreshing, usually I feel very tired the first half of the day then I can do a lot. On some days I can lift weights or do aerobic exercise. Flare ups where I am feeling really bad are very rare now, spaced by many months now. I have been receiving Dominie's newsletter for a couple years now. Dominie is great! Christian > > Vulvodynia is a painful condition of the vulva (sorry if this is tmi for some people). So it's all outside, not inside. It's really a general term, a symptom more than anything according to vulvodynia dot com. I talk with many women that have this and other related conditions like IC in another group I belong to.
