I found my optimum dose is 4.5mg twice a day for Fibromyalgia. U. Penn showed some patients with Chrons do better with twice a day, but feel the dose should not exceed 10 mg in 24 hrs. Approaching the 1yr anniversary of LDN... it gave me my life back. Ginny Dudek

I too, was a night person most of my life and I think my adrenals have been screwed up most of my life. I think it started with being gluten intolerant and did not know it most of my life.

I do think you have adrenal fatigue.all those that had long

period of stress have it.

It is easy to find with tests that are mentioned in this

book and also 4xsaliva test for cortisol
