Guest guest
I found my optimum dose is 4.5mg twice a day for Fibromyalgia. U. Penn showed some patients with Chrons do better with twice a day, but feel the dose should not exceed 10 mg in 24 hrs. Approaching the 1yr anniversary of LDN... it gave me my life back. Guest guest
From what I have been reading going over 4.5 mg doesn’t seem to have much effect. Maybe you will prove that to be incorrect. Glad you are feeling better.
