It is not exclusive to hands per say since this is a pathogen that attacks multiple systems at a time; complaints will always vary from case to case with some overlaps. Other symptoms of other infections over lap, so to say it is only indicative of Lyme can't be said definitively. Torrey . _Hello! I have a question about a new symptom and am wondering if anyone else has experienced it. I am losing fine muscle movement in my hands. It is hard for me to button buttons, pick up small things, and hold on to pencils, silverware, etc. I assume this is characteristic of Lyme, but haven't seen it listed on any Lyme symptom lists. Any thoughts?
